Man Arrested - 09/04/2010
A man arrested at last year's Worthing Birdman contest has been charged with outraging the public decency.
James Christopher Tydd Chapman, 42, of Hazel Drive, Ipswich, is due to appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on Monday, April 12.
He was arrested after members of the public told a steward at the event on Sunday, August 23, last year, that they had seen a man taking photos of children from the promenade.
He was released on bail but was charged today at Worthing.
