Triple A Event Security is an independent key holding and alarm response specialist team. We provide immediate response whenever an alarm is activated, to investigate, rectify and secure your property and in most cases, without having to disturb you.

How does it work?

In the event of alarm activation at your property we take the call from the alarm company.

We attend your property and assess the situation.

If there are signs of intrusion, police assistance is sought.

On entry the alarm system will be silenced, taking note of the activated areas. 

We will examine the area of the activation and the problem would be rectified, the alarm system reset and the property re-secured.

If the alarm system cannot be reset, the alarm company will contacted; at no time will the property be left unattended.

When we have finished on site a written report is left for your attention detailing the time we arrived, what was found, the action taken and when we left site.

We recognise that customers have different needs. At our first site meeting we discuss with you how you would like us to respond and any contractors or companies you would like us to use (boarding up etc).  In addition to agreeing with you the process we will also survey the property to ensure that we have adequate information available in the event of a call out.  As with all Triple A services the product is flexible and can be tailored to your particular needs.
